Oil maker Mel Hollick and chef Tom Tilbury will take you through a seasonally inspired local produce menu that will be complemented by selections from Precious Little Wines.  You’ll learn about star local ingredients directly from those who work with them each day. If the weather is kind, a grove and olive mill walking tour will be included in the afternoon’s activities. Whatever the conditions, a cosy afternoon of culinary discovery awaits.
