Red Poles and Full Circle Spirits, Rose Kentish Wines, and Hugh Hamilton Wines have collaborated to create the experience “Enchanted Feast of Flavours” – a 5-course lunch embracing the best of all things Fleurieu!

This exciting collaboration brings together the expertise of Full Circle Spirits, a small-batch artisanal distillery known for its exceptional spirits and wines helmed by Rose Kentish (Rose Kentish Wines). Hugh Hamilton Wines exists to create exceptional wines and Hugh and Mary Hamilton are the 5th and 6th generation of the Australian Hamilton wine dynasty that stretches back over 180 years. Their premium range of eclectic wines is designed by the family to be of outstanding quality. Red Poles presents its menu of Fleurieu produce created by head chef Travis Jeremiah. Together, they have created an experience that is both unique and enchanting.

Think local produce, lamb, seafood, and herbs from Red Poles kitchen garden - embrace flavours of scorched figs and fabulous wines from the winemakers. Book lunch, enjoy an ‘arty surprise’ and an opportunity to win a great prize!

The joining of passionate people in taste and mind has led to this remarkable collaboration. This collaboration has brought together the passion for crafting exceptional spirits and wines with Red Poles kitchen to create a truly unique experience that embodies the essence of the Fleurieu.

5 Course lunch with beverages all-inclusive $125 a head Available Wednesday to Sunday from 12pm throughout August
