By using this website, purchasing tickets, submitting an application, attending an event or participating in the festival, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws of South Australia and Australia.

3. Festival Participation

3.1 General Participation

All attendees, event organisers, accommodation providers, volunteers, sponsors, partners, contractors and suppliers must comply with:
